Purchasing an original print is often a very cost-effective way for people to start collecting contemporary art.
Now in it’s fourth year the annual Espacio Original Print Fair presents new work by Espacio Gallery printmakers. A large exhibition, the original, hand-pulled prints will be shown over two floors in the great Espacio space. This popular event is once again curated by Zelda Eady and showcases the fantastic variety of work produced using the different disciplines of printmaking.
There will be live printmaking demonstrations both weekends and visitors will have the opportunity to talk to the artists about tools and techniques. This year the exhibition also features the work of three contemporary printmakers from the Cambridge Curwen Print Study Centre. Another addition this year is work that addresses the idea of pushing the boundaries of printmaking in a digital world.

The Original Print Fair is one of a stimulating programme of exhibitions, talks and events, which, as well as supporting, promoting and strengthening the community of artists is also facilitating and building relationships between artists and audiences.
