Bristol Biennial 2016 takes the theme of In Other Worlds, exploring different perspectives: from the sensory to the stellar; from human to non-human, from present to future; from the city streets to the very air we breathe. Curated by an international open call, the festival presents 13 new commissions for Bristol, created by emerging artists from around the world – and close to home.
